Data Entry Specialist

Job Duties:


1. Monitor Docs inbox for incoming documents and save them to assigned file.

2. Order Tracking Items – Upon receipt of Buyer and Seller Info Sheets, save info sheets to assigned file, order

and update the Order Tracking status of:

• Mortgage loan payoffs

• HOA closing letters and/or HOA lien payoffs

• Water and sewer

• Survey if Purchaser checked yes on info sheet. Notify Attorney upon receipt

3. Request from the Closing Coordinator any additional information required to place these orders.

4. Upon receipt of these items, save and update the status in Order Tracking.

5. Comply with “rush” new order requests of Closing Coordinator.

6. Communicate the needs of the file directly with the Closing Coordinator who will obtain required information

from the client(s).

7. Daily ensure the “back room production” of each file is completed within 7 working days of receipt of order

and that all items are updated as needed within one week of the scheduled closing date.

8. Daily monitor an assigned support email inbox and respond to requests from real estate agents for legal

descriptions/vesting deed to property by searching GSCCGA by property address and/or property owner name and providing a copy of the deed to the agent. If multiple deeds are identified, immediately contact an Admin Title Paralegal at Greater Atlanta Title for assistance.

9. Assists Closer in document preparation when necessary; including Tax Information Sheets, Transfer Tax

Declarations, and assignment of policy jackets.

10. Lends support as requested to other related areas of the law firm, including other WNCW offices.

11. Exemplifies excellent customer service in every interaction with the Firm’s clients and the public. This

includes responding to messages and requests in a timely manner (which means at least within the same

business day as they are made), graciously extending oneself to accommodate those served by the Firm, and

performing job duties with enthusiasm and a genuine perceivable zest to be of service.



  • College degree or an equivalent combination of education
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (XML) experience or Data Entry related background
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • BPO experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency and accuracy in typing
  • Internet research skills
  • Willing to work in Antipolo
  • Amenable to work on graveyard shift
