Main Responsibility:

  • Provide subject matter expertise to support the development of performance coaching skills in a service to sales environment.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in a BPO/Call center environment as a manager
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Proven track records on sales with 100% sales achievement and acquiring new business
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Specializing in Sales/ Service to Sales/ Lead Generation in the BPO industry
  • Extensive knowledge of financial services products and processes
  • Must be willing to work in night shift
  • Amenable to work in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
