BPO Trainer


  • Assess technical training needs, determine technical learning gaps and recognize  technical learning opportunity.
  • Effectively facilitate technical learning using a wide variety of delivery methods appropriate to the audience: including instructor led training , job aids, and E-learning.
  • Promote an active and engaged technical learning environment
  • Conduct analysis to determine roadblocks
  • Perform other task that maybe required by Operations
  • Provide coaching  to improve technical learning


  • Above average written English communication skills
  • At least 1 year experience in training in a BPO setting
  • Has experience in doing training need analysis and correlating KPI’s
  • Extensive knowledge in word and excel is a plus
  • Willing to work In shifting schedule, holiday and weekends
