Customer Service Assistant


Our client is looking for an individual to join their new team in the Philippines who will be able to help support the growth of the company. You must be passionate about providing excellent levels of service at all times ensuring the customer is always left satisfied. And also be able to help identify areas where we can improve and be the driving force behind making those improvements.



  • Respond to all customer messages ensuring targets are always met.
  • Process replacements and manage lifetime guarantee claims.
  • Provides feedback on product and system issues.
  • Manage Back-end functions within CRM software programs (Paypal, ZenDesk, Reply Manager)


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Experience working with xSellco Fusion or similar CRM system preferred.
  • Must have at least 1-2 years work experience in handling Customer Service for eCommerce.
  • Required skill(s): Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Good typing speed.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is a must.
  • Candidate must be detail oriented,reliable and takes initiative.
  • Must be willing to work on Philippine Holiday.
