MIS / I.T Desktop Support

The ideal candidate should have the technical experience and be able to:

  • Work flexible hours including late nights and weekends as needed.
  • Work as part of a team yet should be independent enough to troubleshoot technical problems on their own.
  • Must have excellent decision-making and organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  •  Willing to learn new technologies.


Job responsibilities include:

  • Supporting internal staffs and enhancement of HRWeb and Timeclock.              
  • Troubleshoot end user hardware and software issues.                    
  • Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on staff computers        
  • Installing required software and applications                    
  • Monitor SQL 2012 maintenance plan                
  • Perform basic SQL statements based on the on-premise system.      
  • Maintain SQL server
