- Providing a customer with product information
- Order entry
- Determining coupon eligibility
- Correcting payment details on an order
- Processing order changes
- Providing order status
- Initiating the return of merchandise
- Background and experience in data entry, e-Commerce, or handling retail accounts and/or a similar industry for a BPO company a big plus
- Must have at least 2-3+ years work experience in handling Customer Service via Phone
- Proven track record in improving Sales through Live Chat is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must
- Detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasker and can deliver results on time
