Our client helps eCommerce sites of any size to increase sales and conversion rates by providing visitors with a personalized omni-channel shopping experience which includes cross channel personalized product recommendations, behavioral triggered emails, real-time onsite personalization and live social proof notifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the software problem of the clients and be able to provide technical solutions.
  • Provide world-class email, phone and chat support for existing and new customers using our ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Manage the set-up process of new client and act as liaison between the customer and our professional services team.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • Must be knowledgeable in HTML and Javascript.
  • Knowledge in ticketing and help desk software programs is a bonus.
  • Must be comfortable in supporting foreign clients thru phone and email for technical concerns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasking, and can deliver results on time.
  • Must have good project management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work in our office along Marcos Highway, Antipolo City.
